HAPCheck system is temporarily down
The Jefferson Parish Housing Services Development District Housing Choice (JPHSDD) voucher office has received correspondence from the software vendor to notify us that the landlord portal (HAPCheck) is currently non-functional. Their developers are working diligently to resolve this function.
Please be reminded that the HAPCheck portal is a third-party service provider and the JPHSDD staff does not control or have any affiliation with correcting the issue. We are awaiting their response and will update our participants as soon as service has returned.
The JPHSDD staff apologizes for any delays this has caused. Once resolved, all stakeholders will be advised accordingly via email and through the agency’s website.
