The objective is to establish a Pre-Qualified Contractor Pool to perform small home repairs, accessibility modifications, and minor rehabilitation for eligible low-income elderly homeowners (ages 65 & older) in Jefferson Parish as part of the Small Home Repair/ Modification Program. Residential Construction RFP
The Jefferson Parish Housing Services Development District (JPHSDD) invites bids to construct seven (7) new houses on vacant lots in unincorporated Jefferson Parish. Bids will be received until 10:00 AM, Central Daylight Time (CDT), on Tuesday, August 19, 2025, at its offices, 121 Pailet Drive, Harvey, LA, at which time and place said proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. Any bid received after the announced closing time will be returned unopened.

Janitorial RFP
Jefferson Parish Housing Services Development District is requesting proposals/bids for janitorial services for its office building. Information can be found at www.jphsdd.org. Responses must be submitted by 5:00 P.M. (CST), Friday, July 25, 2025. Respondents may submit questions by emailing Christie Coleman at christie@jphsdd.org, all written questions must be submitted by 12 noon (CST), Monday, July 21, 2025.
