- When will Round 1 PBV awards be announced?
No specific date has been determined for Round 1 PBV awards to be announced. The plan is to announce no later than 8 weeks after the deadline for submission of proposals. - What is the date by which Round 1 PBVs have to be used/allocated?
There is no specific date by which Round 1 PBVs have to be used/allocated. However, for existing units, the expectation is that they are available for occupancy within 30 days of the execution of the Housing Assistance Payment contract. - Is there a date by which the environmental reviews have to be completed for projects awarded Round 1 PBVs?
There is no specific date for the environmental review to be completed since there may be factors beyond the respondent’s control for the completion. However, there should be evidence that the environmental review process began within 60 days of notification of selection. - Are PBVs available for all projects located anywhere in Jefferson Parish that meets the stated Site Selection Standards?
PBVs are available for all projects located anywhere in Jefferson Parish that meet the stated Site Selection Standards. - If not awarded in Round 1, will applications automatically carryover to Round 2?
If not awarded during Round 1, applications will not automatically carry over to Round 2. Respondents may reapply during Round 2.
