Offices closed until Monday due to inclement weather

Dear Members of the Parish of Jefferson Voucher Program. 

In alignment with the most recent announcement from our parish officials, the parish of Jefferson voucher program and the HSDD management offices will remain closed on tomorrow. We anticipate reopening our office on Monday at normal business hours. This winter storm has created a number of challenges for everyone involved and we will remain closed out of an abundance of caution for our employees and constituent safety.

We appreciate everybody’s patience and understanding and look forward to returning to our normal workflow. As always, please use the email addresses attached for any emergency situation as we are constantly monitoring our emails and responding as necessary.

In keeping with the announcement of the closure of All Jefferson Parish Government facilities, the HSDD Administrative Offices will be closed through Thursday, Jan. 23rd due to the anticipated winter weather.

We anticipate reopening on Friday, January 24, 2025 at normal business hours. We will continue to monitor the email addresses listed below. We encourage all of our stakeholders to utilize the appropriate email address for emergency assistance. We will respond as soon as the weather improves, and it is safe to travel.

Consistent with the today’s declaration by our Parish President, The HSDD offices will be closed until Thursday morning.

Additionally, we will operate in accordance with Jefferson Parish HSDD’s Emergency Preparedness and Extreme Weather plan. If you have an emergency regarding inspections, housing instability or any other matter, please use the email listings below to contact our office. We will respond to request for emergency and complaint inspections once our operations are restored.
