The Jefferson Parish Housing Services Development District (HSDD) Proposed Annual Agency Plan for Fiscal Year Beginning January 1, 2027, will be available for a 45-day public comment period beginning on August 14, 2026, and concluding at the close of business on September 28, 2026. The Annual Agency Plan is located on the HSDD website at www.jphsdd.org and can also be viewed at the HSDD Office Building, 121 Pailet Drive, Harvey, LA 70058, Monday through Thursday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Concerned residents should submit their Annual Agency Plan comments to the attention of Dorian Rawles, Executive Director, at the HSDD Office Building, 121 Pailet Drive, Harvey, LA 70058 or via email address info@jphsdd.org. All written comments will be accepted through close of business on or before September 28, 2026.
Oral comments will be accepted in person at the Annual Agency Plan Public Hearing scheduled for Monday, September 28, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the HSDD Office Building located at 121 Pailet Drive, Harvey, LA 70058.
