The Jefferson Parish Housing Services Development District (HSDD) is seeking applicants from licensed and insured general contractors, carpenters, and trade specialists. The objective is to establish a Pre-Qualified Contractor Pool to perform small home repairs, accessibility modifications, and minor rehabilitation for eligible low-income elderly homeowners (ages 65 & older) in Jefferson Parish as part of the Small Home Repair/ Modification Program.
